Why is my fundraiser suspended?

Our main aim is to make sure that the content of your fundtails fundraiser complies with our Terms of Service. If the fundraiser content violates these terms, fundtails may suspend the fundraiser.

When a fundtails fundraiser gets suspended, the link becomes inactive to the public and can only be seen by the fundtails organizer or the designated beneficiary.

How do I know if my fundraiser is suspended?

When a fundtails fundraiser is suspended, a banner appears at the top of the fundraiser dashboard. Additionally, an email with the subject “Urgent Message from fundtails – Response Required” is sent to the fundtails organizer regarding the suspension. Please check your spam, junk, or inbox folders, as the email may be there.

To reinstate the fundtails fundraiser, the organizer must follow the instructions provided in the original email.

If you’re the fundtails organizer, just respond to our initial outreach once you’ve completed the necessary steps, and our Trust & Safety team will complete their review.

If you’re the beneficiary and haven’t received an email, we suggest checking with the fundtails organizer to ensure they followed the instructions in our initial outreach.

If you can’t find our Trust & Safety team’s initial outreach, click “Need support?” on this page.
