UPDATE (10/1/2023) – Thank you so much for being a part of this endeavor and for your generosity. I am thrilled to share that I have donated $750 to start Biscuit’s treatment, and I’m excited to inform you that her treatment has begun. Biscuit is currently doing remarkably well, and in the coming days, I will be adding new photos of her to the website to keep you updated on her progress. Your support has been invaluable in making this possible, and Biscuit is deeply thankful for each and every one of you…

Let me introduce you to Biscuit, the adorable neighborhood cat that we all love and care for. A couple of weeks ago, Biscuit had a terrible accident when she got hit by a car. I found her right outside my house, frightened and in serious condition with head injuries, including bleeding and a popped eye. It was heartbreaking to see her like that. I rushed her to the nearest vet, where she had to undergo surgery for her broken jaw. The vet did their best and inserted a metal implant, but unfortunately, Biscuit lost an eye during the procedure.

The good news is that Biscuit is now on the road to recovery, but the journey ahead is still challenging. She needs time and patience before she can eat on her own again, and she also requires another surgery to remove her damaged eye.

That’s why I’m reaching out to all of you for help in covering Biscuit’s vet expenses. As much as I wish I could handle the costs by myself, I’m currently unable to do so. Every little bit counts, and your contributions will make a significant difference in Biscuit’s recovery, ensuring she gets the necessary medical care.

Let me break down the $2700 goal for you. This amount is what we need to cover all of Biscuit’s remaining medical expenses. It includes things like follow-up vet visits, medication, and specialized care for her missing eye. I want to mention that some of the bills have already been paid by me and other kind folks who care about Biscuit’s well-being.

When we hit this target, it’ll take a load off the shoulders of those taking care of Biscuit, and it’ll make sure she gets the best possible treatment for a happier and healthier life. Your generous contributions won’t just help Biscuit directly, but they’ll also raise awareness about how crucial it is to care for injured animals in our community. Thank you for being kind and supportive in getting Biscuit back on her paws.

Thank you so much for being part of this effort and for your generosity.
